About

Don Wagner

I come from a tradition of Tulsans going back to my grandfather, Daniel S. Wagner, who came to Tulsa in 1911. I attended Will Rogers High School, an Art Deco masterpiece, from 1961-1965. I didn’t know what Art Deco was, but I knew it was elegant and beautiful.

I attended the University of Oklahoma for 2 years and completed degrees in Mathematics and Physics from the University of Tulsa.

After a career as a geophysicist, programmer and consultant, I retired and began publishing coffee table books about Tulsa, Route 66 and Art Deco.

This included Titles like:

Tulsa Art Deco Experience

Tulsa Art Deco Top 10

Tulsa Route 66 Experience
